These Terms govern your use of pageconverter.com and services provided by Constantin Bors.
By applying for the Beta Program or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
We provide:
- A 2-page booking funnel
- Automated reminder workflows
- GoHighLevel setup
- Technical support (if subscribed)
This is a done-for-you technical implementation service.
We do not guarantee specific income results.
If accepted as a Beta Partner, you agree to:
- Use the system for at least 30 days
- Send traffic to the provided link
- Provide feedback
- Provide a video testimonial if satisfied
The system build fee is waived in exchange for participation and testimonial.
If you cancel before Day 25, you pay nothing.
After Day 31:
- You are responsible for the GoHighLevel subscription ($97/month).
- Technical support continues at $47/month unless canceled.
All payments are processed through GoHighLevel and Stripe.
We do not store payment information.
Failure to pay may result in suspension of support services.
Because the system build fee is waived during the Beta Program, there is no upfront payment to refund.
You may cancel the GoHighLevel trial at any time before Day 31 to avoid charges.
After paid services begin:
- Monthly technical support fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
- You may cancel future billing at any time.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
We do not guarantee:
- Specific revenue results
- A specific reduction in no-show rates
- A specific number of booked calls
Results depend on your traffic, offer, and sales ability.
You agree to:
- Provide required content on time
- Provide accurate business information
- Maintain your GoHighLevel subscription
- Use the system ethically and legally
You own your brand, content, and customer data.
We retain rights to:
- Our funnel framework
- Design structure
- Automation systems
- Templates and workflows
You may use your finished funnel for your business indefinitely.
You may not resell or copy our framework for commercial resale.
If you provide a testimonial (written or video), you grant us permission to use it for marketing purposes, including on:
- Website
- Social media
-Ads
You may request removal in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 30 days.
We are not liable for:
- Lost profits
- Lost revenue
- Business interruption
- Indirect or consequential damages
We will make reasonable efforts to fix technical issues within 24 hours during active support periods.
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party platform outages
- Stripe issues
- GoHighLevel outages
- Hosting failures outside our control
You may cancel support at any time.
We reserve the right to terminate service if:
- You misuse the system
- You violate laws
- You engage in abusive behavior
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
Any disputes shall be handled in Romanian courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
